Return & Exchange Policy:
Before you shop, please keep in mind that a lot of my items are my own design and made from legally purchased branded textile. Pre-made items are brand new and unused, and are being re-homed. Shoppers have a 24 hour period to cancel their purchase, after which, no refunds will be issued. You can however exchange an item for equal or greater value and pay any difference within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) must not show any extreme wear and tear and must be in the same condition when purchased. Candles & Pre-loved items are considered final sale.
